Aaron from Dashing Skull Club is a studio engineer with a real command of sound. Whether he is mixing, mastering or cleaning up audio, he knows how to bring clarity to a recording.

I have heard many of Aaron’s projects before and after he worked on them, and the difference is immediate. His masters are loud and full, but they remain clean, with no clipping or distortion.

Aaron mastered my most recent release, “I Need You Here.” I trusted him with my own music because I had already heard what he could do for other artists. If you need audio work done properly, DSCLabs should be your first and last stop.

The first full-scale project from DSCLabs Productions that I heard was on a different level than I could have imagined. It was a collaborative project to which I had added some musical content with the other artists playing the primary creative role, but there was DSCLabs in-between us all, like a centre of gravity. You see, it’s more than just mixing and mastering from DSCLabs - it’s ideation and provoking that creative spark, maybe making you think about your project in a different ways. But, always ultimately respectful towards the artist themselves.

This is like proper old-school production from the days when we all knew what the word ‘producer’ meant. Without a label behind you, you might not be thinking in terms of having a full scale producer for your work? Maybe try DSCLabs out for size. My advice would be to involve this guy in your project early where he can have the maximum impact.

One more thing. Smart people buy the provider not the service. The guy behind this is one of the most authentic and trustworthy people you will ever encounter. You will not regret any engagement you have. Recommended without any reservation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Our Fields of Dawn recent Anglo / Australian collaboration with Kathleen Turner Overdrive brought us into contact with Aaron at DSC Labs. Not only did I trust Lizzie's recommendation from KTO, but as soon as I was in contact with Aaron I felt reassured. His work on the two tracks of that release was top quality and at every step of the way I was given clear guidance on what was going on and what he suggested needed to be done to improve the tracks and mixes. The result has been 100% a win win win. I have just completed a third track with Aaron, this time using his mastering expertise and once again he has delivered a cracking track! Can't recommend DSC Labs highly enough...

DSC Labs is an independent recording studio founded and operated by Aaron Leet, a lifelong musician with nearly 40 years of experience creating, performing, and living music. With 26 years of hands-on recording experience, Aaron built DSC Labs from a place of genuine passion, not trends, shortcuts, or hype.

The studio was born out of necessity and love.
